This Policy 512 and Regulation 5512 applies to all acts of harassment, intimidation, or bullying, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:37-14 that occur on school property, at school-sponsored functions, or on the school bus, and, as appropriate, acts that occur off school grounds.  See Board of Education approved policy 5512 and regulation 5512 on School and District Website.  Please note, the policy and regulation were also distributed to students.
